On Saturday, 12 November 2016, Oceans Action Day took place during COP 22 to raise awareness on the necessity to include oceans in the implementation of the Paris Agreement. This video features the main highlights of the Oceans Action Event, which called for greater political attention within the UNFCCC on this issue. The event was organized by the Government of Morocco, Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, FAO, the Global Ocean Forum, and the Ocean and Climate Platform.
