Highlights and images for 25 March 2026

Bangkok, Thailand

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) worked intensively on Wednesday as members continued their consideration of the review of IPCC’s principles and procedures. The Panel exchanged views on possible matters for inclusion in the review, as well as the timing of this work.

The Panel also convened in a series of huddles and contact groups to address other issues, including the timeline for delivery of reports in the seventh assessment cycle and adoption of the meeting reports from the past three sessions.

The Panel will reconvene on Thursday to continue its deliberations.

As IPCC sessions are closed, ENB publishes pictures and brief highlights while the meetings are in progress. Our full summary and analysis of each IPCC meeting will be published after its conclusion.
