COP/MOP 5 delegates met in a morning plenary to take stock of progress. In the afternoon, WG I revised draft decisions on the Compliance Committee, rights and obligations of parties of transit LMOs, monitoring and reporting and assessment and review. WG II completed the first reading of  public awareness, education and participation and of financial mechanism and resources in the morning and considered revised draft decisions on the BCH, capacity-building and HTPI.
