FfD3 On the morning of the second day, delegates at the third drafting session for the outcome document for the Third International Conference on Financing for Development (FfD3) negotiated the remaining bridging paragraphs in the following chapters of the Action Agenda: international public finance; debt and debt sustainability; addressing systemic issues; and science, technology, innovation and capacity building. They also discussed the bridging paragraphs in the section on Data, Monitoring and Follow-up.

At the end of the morning session, Co-Facilitator Pedersen informed delegates that 20 additional bridging paragraphs would be circulated for consideration. He also announced that the Co-Facilitators would identify individuals to lead informal informals on trade, and on debt. The session was adjourned until the evening, to allow delegations to consider the additional paragraphs.

The session reconvened briefly in the evening, when Co-Facilitator Pedersen invited delegates to join “informal informal informals” on trade in another room, led by Morocco and the Netherlands in their personal capacity. The session was adjourned at 6:45 pm.
