FfD3 Delegates participated in informal discussions throughout the day on Thursday at the third drafting session for the outcome document of the Third International Conference on Financing for Development (FfD3). Co-facilitated group meetings took place on debt and international public finance in the morning, and on the global partnership in the afternoon. Delegates also continued to meet bilaterally and in small groups.

When plenary convened at 4:45 pm, Co-Facilitator George Talbot announced that intensive consultations were underway, and a new text was anticipated later in the evening.
