On Monday morning and afternoon, the ADP contact group on item 3 (implementation of all the elements of Decision 1/CP.17) convened, discussing, inter alia, adaptation, finance, technology and transparency of action. In the evening, a briefing was held on domestic support for intended nationally determined contributions (INDCs), which consisted of several presentations and parties exchanging views on the INDC process.
The second meeting of the fourth session of the Structured Expert Dialogue (SED 4) on the 2013-2015 review – Part 4 – also convened, and discussed, among other things, regional information on observed impacts of climate change. |
