A view of the dais during the morning ADP contact group meeting

The Bonn Climate Change Conference continued on Monday, 8 June. The Ad Hoc Working Group on the Durban Platform for Enhanced Action (ADP) contact group took stock of progress and exchanged views on the Paris outcome, including decision 1/CP.21 (the Paris package). Facilitated groups on timeframes, capacity building and technology convened in the afternoon, and on timeframes, transparency and the preamble in the evening.

A contact group under the Subsidiary Body on Implementation (SBI) on intergovernmental arrangements took place in the morning, and informal consultations under the SBI and the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Tehnological Advice (SBSTA) convened throughout the day. In the morning, the second part of the 4th meeting of the Durban Forum on Capacity-building and an in-session workshop on gender-responsive climate policy with a focus on mitigation action and technology development and transfer met. In the afternoon, the second voluntary meeting on the coordination of support for the implementation of REDD-plus activities in developing countries also convened.

IISD Reporting Services, through its Earth Negotiations Bulletin (ENB) Meeting Coverage, provided daily web coverage, daily reports and a summary and analysis from the Bonn Climate Change Conference - June 2015, which took place from 1 to 11 June 2015, from Bonn, Germany.
